I have received 2 reward cards and can’t get activation codes for either. I have tried twice to get a solution from the card provider but can’t access a human being to explain. The automated phone number says that it is sending the code to my email but nothing has appeared,how do I get it sorted.

You would need to contact the Pure Card team. You can do so by email BT@Purecard.com or over the phone by ringing 0344 879 1068.
The number is open 9AM to 6PM Monday to Friday.
