Reward

My broadband became active on 20th of July. When i signed up i was due to receive £70 reward card. Upon logging into myBT it says that i am not due any rewards. Anyone else having this problem

You need to wait until after 14 days following activation before you are able to raise your claim. Sorry if this wasn't explained to you.

Can you log in after the 14 days and let us know if you're able to claim?

Hi why does my reward not show. My broadband went live on 6th November and was promised a 120 Reward card. My rewards say none
