Reward card claimed 23/03 and advised 30 days till receipt. ( online chat said is 30 working days 🙂 i said no is 30 days so he said has emailed rewards cards team. Nothing heard. dont think he did) On my bt page said dispatched 03/03 expect 20 days for delivery. Now it says for last 4 days enjoy your rewards card but have not recieved or any activation code.) sent incident e-mails as advised enquiring what is happenning received e-mail saying expect reply in under 24 hours .... 3 days later no contact with b re e-mailed them nothin

Hi @dcreggs The promotions team have got back to me and apologised for the delay in you receiving the reward card.
They have confirmed that it's on its way to you however there is a slight delay at the moment with our suppliers and this is the reason you have not received it yet. It should be with you within the next 10 working days.
Keep the thread updated to let us know if you receive it ok or let me know if it is not received in the next 10 days and I will chase them again for you.

Card has just arrived today so am very happy ...
