I have just received my BT rewards card and have attempted 5 times to activate the card as instructed. I have filled in all the relevant info on the activation page but every time I fill in the password and try to activate nothing happens!!! Has anyone any ideas?
All ok now. Sent e-mail to Purecard detailing problem and thought I would try one more time and lo and behold it worked. Whatever the problem was it is now sorted. Thanks for the quick response
