Hello

Could anyone tell me where you claim your reward cards? I signed up for a Broadband and Mobile package at the end of January, mobile went live on February 2nd and my Broadband went live yesterday. I'm eligible for a £125 BT Reward Card and a £40 BT Reward Card but I have no idea how to claim them?

Could you point me in the direction where it is on the page. When I click that link it just takes me to My Bt homepage?

It should take you directly to a login page for MyBT, it does here, and other people have confirmed it.

Try logging out of MyBT, then try the link again.

Yes it does take me directly to the MyBT login page. But where exactly is the claim reward section? I don't see anything about claiming a reward.

Not sure, as I have not used that page myself. Perhaps a moderator can explain where it is?

@ThomasKL when you login using your BT ID it should present the claims form. Have you tried logging in with your primary BT ID?

It's all sorted now. I spoke to customer services on the online chat and they have put the rewards through for me.

BT makes the claiming difficult in the hope it's forgotten or expires, this is poor practice. The links are usless and redirect to a log-in page. Please provide a valid link for the REWARD CARDS AS ADVERTISED IN THE JANUARY PROMOTION!

Just be advised, BT charge a ridiculous 10p per MB mobile data outside of limit (cap this asap if new), you wont get the advertised speed and will have to invest time into getting your so called rewards.... They are 100% efficent in taking money from your account 10/10 in that department. 

Perhaps my worst experience... stick with Virgin or Sky.
