As anyone found a solution to this I've two ring doorbells, which I have had for over a year, just switched to bt and now unable to connect, tried all suggestions found online,
Turned off smart setup
Turned off 5ghz
Even tried connecting thru a seperate extender.
Get allway thru setup on ring app right upto selecting wifi network etc but on final part get white flashing lights on left of ring doorbell suggesting problem with wifi network.
Had same problem, went in hub admin, changed wireless setting to not use 5ghz, set channel to 11 , rebooted Smart Hub 2, Ring Door bell 2 then connected without any problem
