Roaming Data Usage Rip Off

Went to Mallorca in October, landed 22nd and had 20GB data left. Checked emails on 23rd and receiv d a text saying all my data had been used.

I’ve had iPhone for years, regularly use abroad and data / iPhone savvy.

BT insist I have used the data, but I know i haven’t.

Usage over rest of holiday averaged 400mb per day, but charged for it due to BT claiming all my allowance had been used on first day.

Anyone had a similar issue?

I assume non of your installed apps got updated during 22-23 October?

Non, but even if every app had updated, that wouldn’t account for 20GB of Data
