Roaming

Hello, I'm new to BT mobile but I'm just checking the roaming works like normal in Portugal. My dad lives there in the middle of nowhere so I go a lot and pretty much any holiday to help build or clean.

Does it work as normal even if I go for over a month?

My current contract is 60gb but the previous  company caps it at 25gb for every 30 days roaming over there. It's very important because he's not got WiFi and I picked 100gb. 

 I've already read the roaming home from home page but it doesn't mention any caps on data itself or dates it must used be within.   I end up being very isolated you see.  Thanks ahead.

At the moment, it should work as if you're at home as Portugal within the E.U. make sure you enable roaming in your account settings though

Hi @Roweski, welcome to the community and thanks for posting, if you've enabled roaming in your MyBT settings there should be no problem using your mobile in Portugal.
