I recently set up parental controls and ever since then my daughter can’t load Roblox, which sticks on the loading page and then says “retry when connected to internet” the device is connected. Can’t use the game on any device now. I have unwound all the parental controls, but still won’t work. I have reset the hub, uninstalled/re installed the game , reset the iPad - no joy. Any help appreciated.
