The audio quality of the new personal greeting we have been offered is so ropey as to be hard for callers to decipher, despite having re-recorded it at a shout. Can somebody please clean up the audio quality?
Re: Ropey audio makes 1571 personal greeting useless
Thanks for the post and welcome to the forum.
The audio for the 1571 answering service message should be grand, I have set this up myself and the quality is fine. A few things that can affect the quality would be a dodgy telephone handset or even a noise fault on your line. When making and receiving calls, do you hear any interference?
Do you have an alternative telephone that you could just try? Please let me know how you get on?
