Router dropping and slow speed

Hi can anyone help me please

 

My router keeps droppping it's connection every day or so sometimes continually!!!

Also can somebody take a look at my stats below and advice me on what to do next 🙂

try quiet line test  dial 17070 option 2  should hear nothing and best with corded phone   if cordless normal is dull hum

 

are youi connected to the master or test socket?  other sockets?

do you have other sockets and if so have you tried the test socket?

Have you tried the quiet line test? - dial 17070 option 2 - should hear nothing - best done with a corded phone. if cordless phone you may hear a 'dull hum' which is normal

Then someone here may be able to help and offer more advice.
