Router log information

On my router log I found the following items.

wl1:A device <0E:FC:E0:13:D3:4A> failed to connect to SSID (Device/WiFi/SSIDs/SSID[WL_PRIV2G]) because it provided incorrect login information.

this appeared 131 times over an 8 hour period while we were not at home.

At the same time we found 10097 entries over a 4 day persiod that said:

BR_LAN:LAN Neighbor Discovery : Host 2a00:23c4:8a82:2000:c08c:ecc1:ab53:e99e is set inactive
BR_LAN:LAN Neighbor Discovery : Host fe80::750f:c8bd:1610:c85d is set inactive
BR_LAN:LAN Neighbor Discovery : Host 2a00:23c4:8a82:2000:c08c:ecc1:ab53:e99e is set active
BR_LAN:LAN Neighbor Discovery : Host fe80::750f:c8bd:1610:c85d is set active

This goes on at any time of the day.

Has anybody got any idea what these are or why this is happened.

With kind regards

Re: Router log information

Somebody is trying to connect to your router and failing. Anybody can try. Make sure you have a secure password. Check out your neighbours.

Re: Router log information

Change your SSID and stop broadcasting it.
