Had an engineer out who said the router is fine and everything looks ok.
contacted Bt and they sent out a new router , a smart hub 2 and it still is rebooting once or twice per day
System uptime stays the same but network uptime reboots
just phoned again and she said there is a problem externally and it’ll be fixed soon. She then ordered me a mini hub or something even though she never asked me and then said it was too late to cancel ?
Is the router resets at random times or about the same time daily?
to be fair she was friendly and also acknowledged there is a problem on the line which should be fixed by the 20th of this month, also got a text and email confirming this
