I am unable to access www.gradwell.com on various BT connections although connection via other service providers is without issue.
I am assured by the provider this is a routing issue, anyone else got issues?

Am too having this problem on my home and business broadband. Two of our websites are hosted by gradwell and so http://www.cameronmcnee.com/ and http://www.oliverwarren.co.uk/ are not connecting on either my home or office connections.
I have spoken to Gradwell and they say that BT are being incredibly slow and unhelpful at resolving this - so, please BT make this a priority as it is affecting many businesses and the fault entirely exists at your end.
Thanks
Oliver
Yep, me too.
Err, yes it is. It proves its not a universal problem.
Also answers your original question
"I am assured by the provider this is a routing issue, anyone else got issues?"
BT don't need to fix it until you can show why it's their problem instead of yours.
How can you fix something that's working?
Please explain how no connection equates to a tracert that connects within 12ms?
Stop jumping on the ISP as a matter of course when things go wrong, it's not always their fault!
I'm not editing the above, not for a host server error that the customer decided to blame the ISP for...
We are also seeing this issue.
tracert will work to the gradwell network, so ICMP is working.
however http fails wil page can not be displayed.
This happens with multiple sites (all BT broadband) trying to access websites hosted by Gradwell.
Gradwell say its a BT issue, is there an update on this from BT?
Is there a number @ BT we can call (we are not a BT customer) but it is affecting people who are BT customers that are trying to access?
