I have tried from 5 different BT retail Business customers, all over the country, 100% of them can not access gradwell network.
Gradwell have told me it a BT issue.
The IP addresses that I have tried to access from are:
Could it be the SOME BT customers are ALL BT Retail Business customers with a specific IP allocation?
I currently have 86.134.99.xx and they are accessible. Could be just business customers, I suspect they have their own IP pool
Yes, it only affects BT Business Retail customers AFAIK.
I have tested from other ISPs that use BT wholesale, and they are fine.
So I suspect its specific to the IP address allocation that BT Retail are using.
This has been ongoing for several days now.
