Having had problems with my Internet I had the misfortune of having to deal with BT call centre.
I must of phoned at least 20 times and had to explain the whole problem again and again, although all the calls are listed on the screen in front of them, I have had staff that can even understand my phone number, I had to repeat my phone number 5 times and she still didn’t understand. Last night I had a call from BT and the member of staff was rude and even hung up on me, totally unacceptable.
After this ordeal I changed to Sky, paid the fine to stop my BT contract early. I cannot explain the frustration and stress I suffered everytime I had to contact the call centre.
For a British company I am absolutely disgusted with BT, I originally changed from Sky to BT because I thought they were the leaders in telecommunications but I was truly mistaken, and I will never return to BT.
