SIM only deal vouchers

The Amazon/Itunes vouchers have a time limit on them between 10 and 11 hours left when I ordered my SIM and therefore I wont recieve my SIM before the time runs out. Will I still be elligible having ordered the SIM within the time limit stated on the website or does the time limit assume that I have a SIM on hand to activate?
