Although down may be the wrong description as the VDSL synch speed stayed the same and no drop of SNR, Attenuation etc etc
I think you might have an HR fault.
It would be good if you could show us your Hlog and QLN graphs but I believe the Home Hub doesn't provide any data to output said graphs.
Can anyone give the reference values for Upstream SNR Margin, Downstream SNR Margin, Upstream Signal Attenuation and Downstream Signal Attenuation on a VDSL Line so that same can be cross verified.
