Re: SNR Reset and AnnexM

that's ok what you are trying to get is a stable connection for at least 3+ days as without stable connection any resetting of latency is pointless

As you can see the latency increased to a depth of 128 now and the SNR dropped to under 3. So now will someone be able to change me back to a FAST profile.

Re: SNR Reset and AnnexM

your stats don't show any internet connection time

if interleaved depth has now increased then there is problem with your conenction so much so that DLM has increased your latency to try a stablise your conenction  it may be the 2.7db noise margin is to low and needs to be higher or there are problems with your line and noise

Re: SNR Reset and AnnexM

58:18:47 That's what the connect time is now.. about 46 hours ago that's when I noticed the increase in depth and lower snr. Should the default snr not be 6?

Re: SNR Reset and AnnexM

the  standard default noise margin is 6db but many adsl2 conenction have the 3db as normal giving a bit more connection speed  however in some cases the lower noise margin causes instability an better going back to 6db and sacrificing a bit of connection speed for better stability

is that time system up time not internet connection time which is often lower due to drops in conenction

Re: SNR Reset and AnnexM

No it is connection time. My connection may be faster but it's takes ages for web pages to load. The only benefit is when downloading but for everyday browsing it's just pants.
