Safari doesn't ask to save log in details

Go to solution

I've checked Safari Preferences and ticked the Autofill boxes, but still Safari doesn't ask to save my log in and password details to my Mac computer.  Very frustrating if I have to log in every time I go to read emails.  Any suggestions?

Try a different browser such as Chrome, Opera or Firefox although it may be a security feature by BTMail to stop your account being left logged on.

Thanks for the suggestions. I didn't want to change my browser.
