Sainsbury's Gift Card Rejected

I have been told numerous times that someone would contact me regarding my gift card which has still not arrived after over 30 days.  I have received no emails regarding this issue only to find after my last discussion on Wednesday over Chat that my claim had been rejected!  What was I not informed of this after wasting so much time contacting BT to find out where it was and why was it rejected?!  I signed up to BT due to this offer.  Can someone please find out the issue and resolve it asap?

I already did over a week ago and no one has replied.  The service is absolutely ridiculous.

The voucher team is very busy and it is taking longer than normal for replies from them
