Hi, I have reciently had BT Innfinity installed with the £100 voucher deal and after problem following problem, being passed from pillar to post, being hung up on and being blatently lied to, I was sent an e-mail confirming that the promised £100 sainsbury's voucher would be with me. When it turned up however it was only loaded with £80 how can I get the rest of what I was promised?
