This is really outrageous; Try and contact the moderators on this Forum, they normally help.
I have now been with Bt for 5 months & still have not received my £50 voucher, as i have found in the past this is the best way in solving any BT Issues.

Order placed 2nd October - received 2 x £25 gift cards in the post on Saturday (17/11/2012). Seems I have been luck in that a) I received them fairly quickly and b) I got the full £50 expected.
I have taken legal advice from our company contracts lawyer, he loves wrong doings. Watch this space 🙂

I sympathise re your £50 Sainsburys voucher. We have been waiting about 17 weeks. Our broadband was installed on 27th July. I have emailed and telephoned and 5 weeks ago received an email saying the vouchers would be sent within 15 days but still nothing. I would be really grateful if anyone could help.
I only just applied for the voucher yesterday do they email you to say you have been successful?
