Yes folks, yet another customer who was supposed to receive £100- sainsburys vouchers within 45 days and has not....
BT inform me they have up to 60 days before they can raise a query despite their website confirmation (and screenshot of) stating to customers they will be received within 45 days....
The vouchers formed part of the contract and were a large reason for selecting BT over competitors.
Looking through the fora looks like BT are regularly failing to honour.
