Sainsburys Gift Card amount wrong.

I just registered my gift card this morning as we were about to go do our big shop which was planned weeks ago and after registering my gift card it is only £50.

Now when I ordered it clearly showed on the website that the gift card was £125, I registered for the gift card as soon as I had my account details.

Now the only thing I can think of is that after my BT phoneline and broadband was activated and up and running; I ported my old number from Virgin Media over which took around 12 days.

(Yes I did it the wrong way around)
