ive sent a few emails now over last few days was told to contact vouchers at bt they havent replied infact no one has very upset at how customers can be treated like this when u try and phone theres no option for you to get through to anyone im not forgetting this

recieved vouchers no letter to say thankyou for your custom with bt just a card in an evelope still im grateful that i recieved them good job i knew who the sender was still didnt get a reply to emails i sent but thankyou to the moderators too for helping and the advice
in answer to your question, dont know if you have got your voucher,i have been waiting not 88 days, for £50, and they sent me one for £25.00 with an email to say they have sent me 50, but they hav'nt its 25.00, now they are saying they have not sent me an email stating this, so i have sent them there email to prove this.
I have been waiting for mine since April i have received an email saying they will be sent and should arrive arround the 25th last month and still nothing. I have not received a reply to my follow up email sent a week ago yet 😞
