gg - exactly. There is a 99% chance that this product is available at my flat, but I am not paying line rental and activation fees when I have no guarantee that BT will manage to sort the issue with Openreach in a reasonable timeframe.
As nobody at BT would appear to be willing to help you should explore other ISPs and see if they can help you.
Could you explain how much of a risk it is and how much time and effort it will take BT to get a database updated?

Seems Openreach have made their situation clear already I can see no other reply coming from them
The further details will be the estimated range, but he is unable to even order it because BT say it is not available. Hopefully the moderators will be able to resolve this now.
