Typically rooms not next to each other. Seen refurbed for £44 but be better if I can return if they don’t do the job.

You would not be able to use them if you have existing powerline adapters. Did you use those on the Panasonic TV issue in May?

No Keith, I managed to use a wired connection, all been good since.

Can you use them plugged into extension cables?

Maplin are doing the BTWifi Homehotspot 500 triple kit for £35. 

EDIT: It looks like they might be out of stock on line but your local shop may still have them.

If they are just the normal short unfiltered multi way adapters, but not a long extension reel, or surge protected sockets.

There are never enough sockets in a room, especially for children, teenagers etc

It’s just a 4 way 10 amp extension lead, 2m I think.
