Says Sim Deactivated but isn’t

I recently upgraded my sim from the 15GB plan to the 40GB plan. However after doing so when I go onto the BT app to check my data usage it comes up with this... ‘The selected SIM is no longer active, and there is no usage. Select a different SIM.’

Also comes up with this on the website too. Very annoying as Dont know how much data ive used.

Hi @dbrbb, try calling 0800 800 150, I wouldn't bother using live chat. I had the same message and that's how I finally got it resiolved.
