I have received multiple automated calls via landline number reporting suspicious activity and errors with current broadband package. Message states broadband will be cut off within 24 - 48 hours unless I contact the "Executive" by pressing number 1 to redial. I suspect his would be a premium rate number so haven't called. Is anyone else experiencing this message or similar. I have reported via MyBT > Scam
I received the good old fashioned 'there is a problem with your broadband' telephone call just a few days ago - and whilst I was online at that, but that one's new one me so thanks for posting it.
Perhaps BT could enhance their service by regularly maintaining a list of known scams either on this forum or bt.com?
