Received a call today which sounded very much like a scam call so I'll explain.
After answering the call an Indian sounding woman who said was calling from BT was saying hello a few times with long gaps in-between, eventually she asked me to turn on my computer, at this point I told her she was a con, she then called me a con and an idiot, these latter comments proving Indeed that the call was a scam.
