Search function

Need help on the search function .

When I launch a search for a specific sender or recipient , a list of e-maill will appear but if you open one the mail, it's impossible then to close it and go back to the other mails on the list . And I need to launch a new search . Any suggestion how to doit ? Before the launch of the new e-mail system, it was easy to doit . Thanks

Make sure that you are using a "Preview" view and the list of emails found in the search will remain visible for you to go back to.

Forgive me : I to use the preview view ? I've to go to preview pane and select which view : right, below etc ?

If you have selected a Preview view, the list of the found emails will appear. If you then single click on your selected email it will display a preview either below or to the side depending on which preview you selected. The list of those found in the search will remain visible.

If you select an email and double click on it, it will open in a new box./web page. The list of the found emails will remain visible.

When you have finished your search just select the inbox and the list of found emails will dissapear. You can then change your "view" back to another view if you wish.

Not ideal but it would appear to be the only way to achieve what you want.
