Second Broadband Line slow

We’ve just had a second Broadband line installed for my wife’s home business.  Our existing line (FTC) gives about 33-38Mbps but the kids schooling/gaming at the same time as her Zoom sessions wasn’t coping.

Anyway, an Openreach contractor installed the new socket yesterday - there was apparently a spare line in the existing cable so the second line was patched into the existing socket.  My concern now is that the speed is slow.  I appreciate new lines fluctuate (5 house moves in 9 years has taught me that) but this is just solid at 7/8Mbps with very small fluctuations and a ping around 14.  The new line contract is for 33-38 speed.   The new socket is a Master Socket 5C with a single jack plug and a microfilter installed.

I’m pretty sure BT will just tell me to wait 10 days however I’m just wondering if there’s something I could do myself in the meantime?

Its best to post on the BT Business forum, regarding this business line.
