Up to last week, I received on a daily basis emails from Secret Sales. Suddenly these have stopped, I do not receive order confirmations or despatch notices either. When I contacted S.Sales, I was told that BT were blocking their emails as spam.
Please - is there someway this could be resolved? I use this company a lot as I am very rural and find it a total pain when they can't contact me!
I did change my email address but that didn't work either ! I really would prefer not to have to open different accounts everywhere, but if that is going to be what it takes - oh well - just think BT should sort this out!
