I have a very old talk21.com email account which I use everyday. When I tried to access it yesterday I was met by a 'Secure your account' message. I went through the process and have changed my password to this account. However, I still cannot log on.
If I try and use my new password I get a 'You are currently not logged in to email - to log on click here' which I do and come back to the same message.
If I try and use my original password I am greeted with the 'Secure your account' message.
I seem to be stuck in a loop when all I want to do is get onto my email.
Does anyone have some advice on how to get access again?

are you a BT broadband customer or pay for premium mail?
I am a broadband customer but my talk21.com email account is not linked to it.
Then it needs to be or it is in danger of being deleted.
