A few days ago, all my sent messages were deleted, then the next day the few messages sent that day were deleted, today the 3 sent message remain in the sent folder, I have checked all settings and can see nothing which would cause this. My concern is this could happen again, I access the BT Mail via Outlook 365 with the recommended settings from BT. Any suggestions Alan.
Is your Outlook set up as an IMAP account or a POP3 account?

I presume you have checked on webmail to see if they have also been deleted from there and are not in the deleted folder?
Yes I have checked the BT web mail, I sort of think its the BT mail server that's deleted the messages,
I have notified the moderators of the forum about your problem. Once they have read this they may be able to help. They are very busy at present so it can take up to 48 hours for them to contact you. They will do this by posting on this thread.

Please do not spam the boards by repeatedly posting the same message on multiple threads.
My sent emails only have my part of the conversation in them, if you have been doing a backwards and forwards with someone, in order to keep the conversation complete surely all the other parties replies should feature between your own responses.
I'm feel sure that used to be the case but just noticed now it isn't so.
