We're in the middle of nowhere I'm not expecting miracles, what I am expecting is a consistant service. I was getting 1.5meg in January, and it's been downhill from there. 250kb speeds last week. 3 line tests later and no fault was found. It's only when an engineer is booked that a fault in the exchange is found and the call out is cancelled.
I'm sitting at a speed of 750kbps right now. Half of what I was getting 3 months ago. Another call to customer support today only to go through the same questions, do the same tests and get the same answers "we can't find a problem" Openreach keep moving the goalposts to when fibre will be availible but if this is the standard of BT I will not be with them for much longer.
