Service isw leaving a lot to be desired...

I called BT over 3 weeks ago to see about the viewing card for Vision users with no Infinity.

 

The guy took my details, I was told I would get a call back to sort out the card and it would all be in order for the day BTSports goes live.  As yet, no phone call, no card.

 

I called last night to try to sort it out, passed from pillar to post and on hold for the best part of 3 hours, then the phone lines shut.

 

I am trying again this evening, and we are at 30 mins and counting on hold.

 

I was set to switch back to Sky as my contract with BT is up, the introduction of Sports for free swayed me into staying... Now genuinely reconsidering that...
