Having just switched to BT Fibre, I have set up BT Cloud.
Initially as an experiment I have just assigned one folder to be backed-up to the Cloud daily. This worked the first time, but now - every time that I shut down my PC - when I start up again then after a while I get a message from Cloud saying that it can't find the folder and I have to re-assign it.
Looking at the Help FAQs it talks about using the Cloud 'dashboard', but the Cloud icon on my desktop tray does not offer any dashboard option. Nor do I get any of the stuff shown under 'PC and Mac' on this page https://www.bt.com/help/broadband/bt-cloud/getting-set-up/use-bt-cloud-to-back-up-content-and-device...
Any advice please?
