Setting up an additional email address

SOLVED IT.  I do not generally use my primary email address.  I'm so used to using a secondary address (and even BT always contact me on this address) that it didn't occur to me to use the Primary to add a sub account.

Glad you got it sorted. I'll remember to ask that first in future instead of presuming the primary address is being used.
