Shocking customer service

So last Friday 20th, I had fibre installed, all works fine happy with that, but the idiot engineer had either knocked my sky dish or cut the cable as I have no signal!!! I’ve complained to BT but nothing is getting done!!! Over a week with no tv in the house and 2 kids to entertain!!!

Have you tried asking Sky to attend as it's their equipment as BT wouldn't be able to fix the issue. If there's charges etc then you could probably try claiming for them if BT caused the issue
