Should I just be happy with SD Sports on YouView?

After several calls to BT call centres I managed to be understood using English, and sports actually works now on YouView (ISP config 29)

 

Only problem is... I was suppose to get HD free for 12 months... but nope.

 

Time to give up and just be happy something works?

I'm in the same loop....just how many hours can you spend trying to set up something so simple. I finally have sport but not HD and facing the same automation/call centre brick walls.

You get HD yet? I've got squat... although they did refund me £36... saying they will charge me for HD and that is to cover it. At this point I think I'll be happy with a free £36... seems no HD even if you want it
