Sign up incentives a con?

Any new customers signed up when the echo and pre paid card were offered but have not received a thing?
We have called countless times and promised the world, still these incentives are nowhere to be seen.
The code for echo doesn’t work when finally given it, and the pre paid card was sent out many weeks ago. They still seem to manage to take money off us each month but can’t stand up to their end of the bargain.

Hi @Ridders10 I'm really sorry the Echo code hasn't worked, if you send over your details we'll be happy to help get this sorted. When you claim the reward card it can take up to 30 days to arrive.

Click on @NeilO's name on his reply, then click View Profile, and it should be visible.

One you fill in the form, it will go into a Queue and be picked up by one of the Moderators once it reaches the top of the Queue (tipically 24/48 hours on average)
