I struggle with my mobile signal at home, It keeps dropping at random times and I miss calls etc.
What number did you use to call BT ?
I phoned them yesterday and they have agreed to send me one of the signal assist boxes.
I found both the advisors really helpful.
I am another fringe user - right on the coast, and had a very productive conversation with CS advisers this morning, so another booster is on its way. Apparently EE is snowed under with requests now!
I am hugely grateful to this forum for having given the heads up on this issue, and I have to say the BT advisers were both top notch, clear intelligent and were very helpful.
