So my connection is due to do live tomorrow i'm going from talktalk fibre to BT

i got my package today and my router looks like it has been used before 

the feet are kind of worn and there was even a lttle dirt on the plug when i unboxed

SO TELL ME WHAT DOES BT THINK ITS DOING ? GIVING ME 2ND HAND EQUIPMENT ?
