Signed up for Infinity - getting rid of old HH units & phones

Next month I should hopefully have Infinity installed which leaves me with a white & black HH unit plus associated broadband phones.

Does BT offer a returns service for old WEEE equipment or can I give it the engineer when he arrives?

I contemplated putting them on Eaby but old equpment doesn't seem to be selling any longer.

Re: Signed up for Infinity - getting rid of old HH units & phones

Hi Spec_d,

The old BT home hub is yours to keep BT will not be looking these back. If you do not want to keep hold of these you can take them to your local recycling centre to be disposed of.

Cheers

They do offer a return service if you don't need you HH anymore, just call 150 and ask for a return bag, it's prepaid all you do is drop it at the post office or royal mail depot.
