Signed up to BT mobile with £20 voucher offer. Not received after 6 weeks.

I signed up to BT mobile in December. My sim was activated on December 5th. I applied for a £20 Amazon voucher on the same day. The terms state vouchers would be sent out within 30 days.

 

I've been waiting over 6 weeks. Has anyone else had this problem? I emailed the relevant support but they have sent me 2 automated emails in the past 2 weeks. Was this offer a trick to get people to sign-up? Shame on BT. The phone service is quite good but I won't be recommending, rather telling people the voucher offer is a trick.

BT have replied to me again... Same automated email 3x in 2 weeks.
