Significant drop in speed after contract renewal of BT Infinity Unlimited Broadband

Hello I saw a similar post from other person, I have renewed the contract for other year but my conection just dropped, i have been checking for a week now and it is less than 10MB and is not my pc, beacuse all the other items conected are the same. Openning a video takes a lot of time. My home hub as been already changed, after the change conection was great. it looks that need changed again? Does someone experimented this with BTHub5? I am coming back to work from home and this is not good, as I should be having more than 30MB and not less than 10MB

Re: Significant drop in speed after contract renewal of BT Infinity Unlimited Broadband

if you have a HH5 can you go to hub manager then trobleshooting then helpdesk and post 1-12

can you run btspeedtester and when first test completes then run diagnostic test and post results  must be done with wired connection  btspeedtester

are you using the test socket with a new filter especially if you have extension sockets

can you enter your phone number and post results  remember to delete number wholesale FTTC check

try quiet line test   dial 17070 option 2  should be quiet and best with corded phone
