Signs on telephone poles

Signs have been fixed to the top of some (but not all) of the telephone poles in my neighbourhood.  The signs are white with a red band, and a large QR code on the bottom.  What do these signs mean? Are they to do with FTTP, or something else?

Wouldn't know, it could refer to any service from any company as Openreach share pole and ducting with other providers.
