Silver / Gold Address

Who can actually fix this? 

 

OR say LLU provider needs to raise an ORDI request but LLU provider say they can't place an order until OR fix the silver to gold.

 

Please help.

from your comments about LLU provider are you a BT Retail customer or another ISP
